We booked a double room with a very comfy bed. It had a walk-in shower in the particularly good bathroom...

Loved its friendly staff.
I would recomand the place. The hotel was deluxe, had particularly nice views and magnificent location short walk to an unbelievably overcrowded man made beach for a hour, pearl farm/shop and the bay.

The room had a cool atmosphere, a big bathroom, and spectacular views to enjoy, and it was close to a shop, a bustling man-made beach, and nearby boats.

The new year experience at this hotel was fantastic. The stunning location provided breathtaking views, while the well-organized activities kept us entertained. The spacious and well-maintained boat had a great terrace deck where we could relax and enjoy the water. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.
There were a few downsides. The beds were a bit too hard, but I suppose that's the norm for cruises in Asia.

Not obvious to find.

The location of the hotel was fantastic with great walls in between the boats around us. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. the view of the Ha long bay from the hotel was breathtaking and the boat ride was scenic and just like in the pictures.
The lack of available drinking water was disappointing.

The boat had a certain charm and the rooms were cozy. the guide was great, very knowledgeable and made the trip enjoyable with their jokes and smile. the food was delicious, the best I had in Vietnam. the cruise itself was magical, everything was well organized. the rooms had private bathrooms, which was a nice convenience. the boat was big and the group size was small, creating a more intimate atmosphere.
The bus ride to the boat took about 4 hours with a 30-minute stop, which felt quite long. the bus ride back was misleading as they offered a shortcut for an extra fee, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

The hotel was pleasantly located near the water with stunning views of floating boats. Our room had a comfortable bed and the hot shower was a highlight. the staff was friendly at every turn and provided useful information about the surrounding area. We enjoyed the convenience of the shuttle service and the variety of food offered at the restaurant.
The New Year's activities were rather lackluster, with the same old song and dance routine repeated several times. the fireworks display was disappointing and did not match the hype.

I really enjoyed the company of our host, Tim. He was exceptional and did a fantastic job teaching us about the local culture and getting us involved in the cruise activities. the food on board was also excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
The rooms were much smaller than advertised and the bathrooms were only in mediocre condition. the experience felt like a cookie-cutter tourist attraction, with the same activities as every other boat.

Perfect Christmas in the Magnificent Bay
The holiday vibes in this place were amazing! The location was ideal, close to everything but tucked away so you feel like you’re in your own world. The rooms were cozy and warm, and the food was beyond delicious - no skimping on portions. , the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Lastly, we enjoyed the serene beauty of the bay while sipping on a festive drink.
That there were limited Christmas activities offered - we had to organize everything ourselves. we felt like there were too many people trying to do the same activities, making it harder to fully enjoy them.
